Hear about how we at Benromach have preserved the traditional Speyside single malt style by using time-honoured techniques to give our whisky a delicate hint of smoke. We use the finest ingredients including malted barley, yeast as well as water from the Chapelton Spring which runs down from the local Romach Hills. Our knowledgeable guides will distil the stages of whisky-making by showing you the areas for milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, filling and maturation.
