Meet the Founder
About Victoria Miller
Victoria is the founder of Sip Seekers, Scotland's search engine for distillery and drinks experiences.
A lifelong advocate for Scotland, Victoria has spent over 13 years working across the drinks industry, helping whisky brands grow in markets including China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the UAE and across Europe. Her career has taken her around the world, but it has also reinforced one thing: Scotland has some of the most incredible food, drink and tourism experiences anywhere on the planet.
The idea for Sip Seekers came from a simple question: why is it still so difficult to discover and book these experiences? Despite welcoming millions of visitors every year and being home to world-famous distilleries, breweries and vineyards, there was no easy way to search, compare and book experiences in one place. Victoria believed there had to be a better way.
Today, Sip Seekers helps visitors and locals discover everything from iconic whisky distilleries to hidden gems, making it easier than ever to plan memorable days out and unforgettable trips across Scotland.
When she's not building Sip Seekers, you'll usually find Victoria exploring Scotland in search of great food, beautiful places, interesting people and, of course, a good dram (sometimes with her sausage dog in tow). Through her Scottish Whisky Girl channels and Sip Diaries creator experiences, she shares the stories, destinations and experiences that make Scotland such a special place to visit.
Her mission is simple: to inspire more people to get out, explore Scotland, support local producers and discover just how much adventure can be found behind a great drink.
