Inspired by the legendary TV programme (you know the one!), we’re putting Edinburgh Gin’s craftsmanship and pioneering spirit to the ultimate test. Known as the pioneers of flavour, we’ve been crafting award-winning gins with passion, precision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. But can we conquer the wildest botanical challenges thrown our way?

The Format: Team Expert: Edinburgh Gin’s bartenders, armed with skill, precision, and a love for gin. They’ve got the talent, training, and a touch of gin-snobbery.

Team Amateur: Brave (or foolish?) gin enthusiasts thrown into the deep end, powered by sheer enthusiasm and perhaps one too many G&Ts.

The twist: Ingredients aren’t chosen by our competitors. Oh no! They’re plucked from the Tombola of Taste by you – a lucky dip of botanicals ranging from the sublime to the downright bizarre!

Can our experts transform smoky seaweed, fiery chili, or lavender fudge into cocktail gold? Will the amateurs pull off a miracle? YOU get the final say! Flash your Purple Juniper card for Team Expert or your Pink Rhubarb card for Team Amateur.
