What visitors say
“Fantastic gin tasting at The Bothy Gin. It was good that they have a different price for non-drinkers, not seen that at another Gin tastings I’ve been to. We added in the sharing platter with our experience and it was delicious and made the experience even better. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to chat to you. The gins were delicious with the matching accompaniments. Definitely the best gin tasting experience I have been on.”
“This was probably the most memorable gin tastings while in Scotland. Situated close to Glamis Castle, this building was once the former village stables. The space is so beautiful and cozy, and we chose to add a beautiful arranged charcuterie board with local food items. Katie was our tasting guide and did an amazing job. A very unique experience! Highly recommend this Classic Gin Bothy Tasting!”
“Highly recommend the bothy gin experience. The food platter was lovely and fresh.Loved the whisky cheese and bread. We were welcomed and looked after very well by Christie. She was lovely and bubbly with great knowledge of the gin tastings. The shop was well stocked with gin and goodies. Would love to come back again.Thank you Christie x”
“Recently visited the Gin Bothy Experience for a hen doo and it was the perfect venue with the most perfect staff! The venue allowed us to make the place our own. The food was a perfect amount and the cocktails were delicious but the staff made our day. They were so welcoming and great fun! Can't thank the venue enough for making it so special for us all.”
“What a great experience! We really loved the gin tasting. We felt so warm and welcome and had an amazing time with delicious gins and great company by the other guests. At first we were a bit surprised that the tasting was not accompanied by a person but with a video. But actually it was really good that way, because during the tasting itself we to know the other guests better and had a lovely time together with them! We also ordered an additional sharing platter for two people and shared it among us three. We definitely can recommend that experience! Even if you're more into whisky tastings that's an awesome experience.”
