This once-illicit Speyside single malt scotch whisky distillery was founded in 1811 by a groundbreaking woman and a smuggler.
Lindores Abbey Distillery
The whisky stills of this single malt distillery look over the ruins of its namesake abbey, where monks once sheltered a battle weary William Wallace.
