The Becoming Experience

1.5 Hour • Ages 18+ • A rare opportunity to taste Stirling Whisky as it develops.

This experience will be hosted by Stirling Distillery co-founder Cameron McCann alongside Hugo McCann, award winning whisky distiller, to guide guests through the nuances of Stirling spirit’s development.

The session will include a look at the history of whisky production in Stirling, a guided tasting of Stirling spirit during maturation, a curated grazing board to complement Stirling spirit, and the opportunity to draw your own take-home sample of our new make spirit directly from the still.

Guests will also get to sample the latest Sons of Scotland single malt selections, as well as being recorded in a Founders’ Ledger, marking their place in the story of Stirling’s first modern single malt.
